Pastor Pheng serves as the Pastor of Immanuel Hmong Lutheran Church. Possessing the heart of a true shepherd, Pastor Pheng is a man of compassion and is a dynamic preacher and teacher of God's uncompromising Word.

Pastor Pheng and his wife Chao Yang have a heart for families and seeing families train their children in the ways of God. They have three wonderful children:

Chuha Mercy Moua, Cher Chua Moua, and Jamong Moua.

 

"Being a pastor is not the most impressive thing to people in the world, but it gives me a sense of privilege to proclaim the gospel to people and to rescue them from Satan’s hands. It makes me happy to be called as a pastor in the Wisconsin Synod."
